New England Ballet Theatre

New England Ballet Theatre (NEBT) is a Cape Cod dance school in East Falmouth, Massachusetts, welcoming all ages and abilities. Its youngest offering is Toddler Dance with Me, a parent-and-child class blending dance, music and imagination, followed by a pre-K/kindergarten creative movement division that feeds into pre-ballet. Classical ballet training introduces the Vaganova, Cecchetti and Balanchine styles, with pre-pointe and pointe students able to audition to become Company Dancers and assist in the children's division; adult ballet is open to anyone out of high school. Modern classes draw on Horton, Graham and Limon technique and include contact improvisation, and contemporary is offered to students grounded in both ballet and modern. The studio also runs Progressing Ballet Technique for ages 6 and up, aerial yoga and aerial barre for adults and children, barre fitness, Zumba and Zumba Kids, and a postnatal Oh Baby! Fitness class. Students perform in an annual Nutcracker and spring productions such as Alice in Wonderland.
