Lake Shore Dance

Lake Shore Dance has provided dance education in Ozaukee and Washington Counties, Wisconsin since 1993, and operates three locations: Port Washington, Cedarburg and West Bend. It is a family-run small business led by owners Miss Amy and Miss Gwen, who between them bring decades of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and who oversee a team of more than 20 educators and support staff. The studio teaches from beginner through advanced pre-professional level. Its children's program is divided into narrow age brackets tied to developmental benchmarks - Little Movers for one-year-olds, Tiny Tots for two-year-olds, Tots 2 for three-year-olds, Pre-Ballet and Tap for four-year-olds and Dance Basics for five-year-olds - building from creative movement into ballet, tap and introductory jazz. Lake Shore Dance also fields a competition team, which took the Grand Champion title at Inferno Nationals.
