Dance classes in Fitchburg, Wisconsin
Arthur Murray Dance Studio Madison is a franchise of the Arthur Murray network, based at 5117 Verona Rd in Fitchburg and serving Madison, Wisconsin and surrounding towns including Middleton, Verona, Sun Prairie, Stoughton and Waunakee. It teaches adults partner dancing and says it specializes in complete beginners, using the standardised Arthur Murray method in which a single interrelated system lets students apply what they learn to any style of music. More than 30 partner styles are taught, among them waltz, foxtrot, swing, cha cha, rumba, merengue, bachata, salsa, tango, Argentine tango, country two-step and other Latin dances. Programs are organized around three groups of students: singles, who dance in a group setting without needing a partner; couples looking for a date night; and engaged couples preparing a wedding first dance. Lessons combine private instruction with group classes and practice parties, new students begin with an introductory lesson that produces a personalised plan, and gift certificates are sold.
