Tangente Will Celebrate International Women's Day This March

Infinite Motion Performing Arts Academy (IMPAA) is a performing arts school in the Gateway Plaza at 21 Franklin Turnpike, Mahwah, New Jersey, on the Suffern, New York border, serving the Mahwah, Suffern and Ramsey area. Its stated mission is to develop young artists with creative minds and a passion for the arts while building self-confidence through self-discovery, in a school-like environment that is safe and supportive. The academy offers a diverse curriculum in dance, theatre and voice, tailored to each student's goals, with recreational, performance and competitive tracks plus camps. The graded curriculum runs Minis in Motion at age 2 1/2, Creative Motion I and II at 3 and 4, Youth at 5-6, Primary at 7-8, Moderate at 9-10, Secondary at 11-12 and Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced for teens 13 and up, with a separate adult program covering tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and ballet from absolute beginner to advanced. Pre-professional groups include the Infinite Motion Dance Company, Syncopation Tap Company, Fusion Hip Hop Team, Evolution Performance Team, Ethos Theatre Company and the Pendulum Project; company dancers compete and perform across the tri-state area. A dress code applies, complimentary adult classes are advertised, and the studio also hosts birthday parties.
