About ILLINOIS DANCE CONSERVATORY
For over 35 years Alyce Brinkmann, the Owner and Artistic Director of Illinois Dance Conservatory (IDC) has provided premier dance training to students in the Chicago’s Northwest suburbs, striving to inspire, develop, and sustain a love of dance in every student. Alyce is also the founder of Illinois Youth Dance Theatre (IYDT), a non-profit, world-class, pre-professional youth ballet company that was established in 2000.
