About this studio
Glencastle Irish Dancers is an Irish dance school based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, serving the greater Milwaukee area and southeastern Wisconsin for more than 25 years. The school teaches Irish step dancing to children and adults, and describes its focus as Irish dance, culture and tradition alongside building confidence and friendships. Beginner tracks include Glencastle Little Leapers for ages 3 to 5, which introduces music, movement and beginning Irish dance skills, and Glencastle Beginners for ages 6 and up, covering technique, timing, posture and core steps. A new adult beginner class runs weekday evenings at the New Berlin studio for those with no prior dance experience. Dancers compete at feiseanna and championship level, and the school hosts its own Glencastle Feis.
