About this studio
Dance Designs Dance Complex is a youth dance studio serving the Louisville area from two Kentucky locations, in Prospect (13304 US Hwy 42) and Shepherdsville (265 Arnold Drive). Now in its 34th season, it accepts dancers aged 3 and older and organizes classes by age group: 3-4, 5-6, 7-10 and 11 and up. The studio runs two tracks, a beginner-friendly recreational program and a competitive program for dancers who train, perform and compete at a higher level. Instruction covers acro, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap and lyrical, with an emphasis on building technique alongside confidence, discipline and friendships. Prospective families can book a free trial class before enrolling.
