Connie's Studio of Dance is at 13145 Strong Blvd in South Rockwood, Michigan, and teaches students from 18 months through adult under the motto 'Every Dancer Matters'. Classes cover ballet (recommended from age six as the foundation for other styles), pointe for intermediate and advanced dancers aged 12 and up with two to four years of ballet training, tap starting at age 2, jazz from age 5, hip hop from about age 5 or 6, Polynesian dance in both Hawaiian and Tahitian styles using props such as poi balls, uli uli and bamboo sticks, and tumbling from age 3 including cheerleading preparation.
