About this studio
Ann Carroll School of Dance is a family-owned studio based at 93 Seaboard Lane in Brentwood, just outside Nashville, serving students from age 2 through 18. The school states its mission is to educate, inspire and create, offering a well-rounded dance education taught by trained instructors in a welcoming environment where, in its words, all are welcome. The studio occupies roughly 12,000 square feet of space, teaches around 427 students in weekly classes and runs seven dance companies for dancers who want a performance track. Class styles include ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, acro, musical theatre and a turns and leaps technique class. Summer camps and performing arts camps are offered each June, and registration is handled online through the studio's parent portal.
