Laura is a noir mystery/thriller by Vera Caspary and George Sklar, presented by Rover Dramawerks as part of their 26th Season. Detective Mark McPherson, played by Troy Murray, falls in love with Laura while investigating her murder, only for her to appear alive during a thunderstorm, portrayed by Andie Pace, revealing that her best friend was the true victim. The cast also includes Alex Eding as Waldo Lydecker, Dylan Hilbert as Danny Dorgan, Bradley Langan as Shelby Carpenter, Savannah Valdez as Bessie, Vivian Reed as Mrs. Dorgan, and Jay Matherly as Olsen. The production is directed by Rover's Executive Artistic Director Carol M. Rice, with set design by Rachel Velasco, costume design by Benjamin Taylor Ridgeway, and lighting design by Kenneth Hall.
