An art exhibition by Chicago artists Lacy Coligan inspired by the Fire Horse — reflecting on our patterns, our healing, and the lives we’re brave enough to build.
The turning of the Chinese zodiac invites reflection. The Year of the Snake asks us to shed what no longer fits — old narratives, old coping mechanisms, old identities. The Year of the Fire Horse invites boldness, momentum, and courage.
This new body of work lives in that in-between space — the vulnerable pause between who we’ve been and who we are becoming.
Hosted at The Agave Center for Spiritual Wellness & Psychotherapy, this evening is intentionally rooted in mental health, self-reflection, and empowerment.
What to expect:
• New original artwork inspired by the Fire Horse
• Light food and drinks
• Live music throughout the evening — including:
- Los Buendia a high-energy Latino trio of young musicians
- Phil & Ingrid
- Plus One
• A space designed for reflection, connection, and honest conversation
This is not just an art show — it’s an invitation.
An invitation to examine our patterns.
An invitation to choose differently.
An invitation to become the fire in our own lives.
Bring a friend. Bring your whole self. Leave a little braver.
