The Last Light on Halsted at CIBC Theatre

On a freezing Chicago night, three strangers find themselves trapped inside a small neighborhood café after a citywide power failure shuts down the surrounding streets. A retired train operator, a young aspiring photographer, and the café's longtime owner initially have little in common, but as the hours pass, old memories and unexpected secrets begin to surface.

When the group discovers a handwritten letter hidden behind the café's ancient wall clock, they are drawn into a mystery connected to the neighborhood's past. What begins as an inconvenient night without electricity becomes an emotional journey about friendship, regret, and the choices that quietly shape a person's life.
