AMON! The Ultimate Texan at Platinum Music Complex

AMON! The Ultimate Texan is an award-winning one-man play written by journalist and columnist Dave Lieber, starring veteran actor Kelvin Dilks under the direction of Connie Sanchez. The play tells the story of legendary Texas publisher and businessman Amon G. Carter, blending biography, humor, and historical insight to capture Carter's wit, vision, and larger-than-life personality. The production has been performed in communities throughout Texas in nearly 80 performances, earning recognition as Best New Play by a Dallas–Fort Worth Playwright. Presented by the Mid-Cities Arts Collective, performances are scheduled for July 18–19 and July 25–26 at 2:30 p.m. at the Platinum Music Complex in North Richland Hills.
