Adventure Stage Chicago Announces Summer Camp

Adventure Stage Chicago once again hosts our Theatre Adventure Camp for two weeks this summer. Two different sessions are offered:

Tools for the Journey
9:00am-12:00am
This class introduces young people to the exciting world of acting with a focus on exploring an actor's basic tools: body, voice, and imagination. Through physical activity and improvisation, young people learn to work together as an ensemble.

Story Explorers
1:00pm-4:00pm
In this class, young people are challenged to explore language and storytelling through select monologues and scenes from popular plays for youth.

At the end of the two weeks, both groups come together for a performance on the ASC stage for family and friends.

Camp is open to kids ages 8-14 and meets Monday through Friday, August 2-13. Tuition is $225 per session or $400 for both sessions. ASC Passport holders receive a 15% discount. Registration is open now - call 773-342-4141 or visit www.adventurestage.org.
