Flat Rock Playhouse presents a special 30th Anniversary production of RENT, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical with music, lyrics, and book by Jonathan Larson. Based on Giacomo Puccini's opera La Bohème, the show follows a group of young artists and musicians in New York City's East Village in the early 1990s as they navigate love, friendship, loss, and the pursuit of meaning. Directed by Lisa K. Bryant, the production features a cast including Brendan Dallaire, Nat Zegree, Iliana Garcia, Emily Kristen Morris, Dion Simmons, Jordan Alexander, T. Shyvonne Stewart, and Josh Marin, among others.
