FEAST. To Be Presented At Kitchen Theatre Company
Brenny Campbell stars in Megan Gogerty's production, directed by Jen Pearcy-Edwards at KTC in Ithaca.
Kitchen Theatre Company is in rehearsals for FEAST., a one-woman play inspired by the legend of Beowulf, which will run May 6–24, 2026 in Ithaca.
The production reimagines the story through a contemporary lens, centering on themes of justice, power, and perspective. The solo performance follows a mother’s point of view, exploring the narrative from an alternate angle.
The production will feature Brenny Campbell as Agathae and is directed by Jen Pearcy-Edwards. The creative team includes Jennifer Schilansky as production stage manager, KC McGeorge as scenic designer, Tyler M. Perry as lighting and projection designer, Hunter Kaczorowski as Costume Designer, and Deletris Bryant as sound designer.
Community Programming
The production includes a partnership with Loaves & Fishes. A post-show talkback titled “Feeding Tompkins” will take place Wednesday, May 13, featuring representatives from local food aid organizations.
