Villalobos Brothers: HUMANITY Deluxe Double Vinyl Release at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater

The much-awaited launch of their HUMANITY deluxe double vinyl marks both a milestone and a return home for the Villalobos Brothers, a trio of violin-wielding singer-songwriters and artivists whose work has consistently moved between concert stage and cultural intervention. GRAMMY Award–winning and recognized internationally as one of the foremost contemporary Mexican ensembles, the Villalobos Brothers are also recent globalFEST picks. Rooted in the musical traditions of Veracruz, Son Jarocho, Son Huasteco, and Latin Jazz, the brothers combine those foundations with classical training and improvisational fluency. That synthesis has carried them to stages across the United States, Mexico, India, Russia, and Canada, including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, and back to Joe's Pub, where this appearance marks their third show.
