An Evening with Company at Green Room 42

An Evening with Company is a one-night-only 35th birthday celebration conceived, created, self-produced, and performed by Todd Ritch, inspired by the music of Stephen Sondheim and the enduring themes of Company. The evening blends beloved Broadway songs with heartfelt storytelling, reflecting on growing older, unexpected detours, friendship, and discovering that life doesn't have to unfold according to plan to be rich and meaningful. Ritch is joined by an ensemble of friends he met through the theatre, celebrating the friendships, chosen family, and community that carried him through his most difficult chapters. The evening features music direction and arrangements by Daniel Gittler, with a live band including Justin Goldner on guitar, Ben Harris on woodwinds, Peter Wise on bass, and David Silliman on drums, and is developed in collaboration with Adrian Azevedo Lopez.
