Warner Bros Int'l Television Promotes Tomas Davison to VP Sales

Tomas Davison has been promoted to Vice President, Sales, Latin America and the Caribbean at Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, it was announced today by Jeffrey R. Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution.

Based in Miami, Davison will continue to manage sales of the Warner Bros. television series, theatrical motion pictures, animated product and movies for television for different platforms (Free, Pay TV, Basic Cable, SVOD and Local Productions) in Latin America and the Caribbean. Davison will continue to report to John Garcia, Senior Vice President & General Manager- Latin America, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution.

Davison started with WBITD in 2004 where he served as a Sales Manager for three years, for the past eight years, he has been Director of Sales for Latin America & Caribbean.

"Tomas has been an essential member of our sales team. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of the complex and constantly evolving Latin American market which will enable him to be successful as he takes on more responsibility in this new role," said Jeffrey Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution.

Prior to joining WBITD, he was the Broadcast Creative Director for Home Shopping Network (HSN), responsible for generating sales and developing on-air strategies for the US Hispanic market, Mexico and Puerto Rico for Home Shopping Español. Previously, he was the Marketing and Sales Manager for Cisneros Television Group. Davison started his professional career at Cablevision-TCI, Argentina after graduating from The University of Buenos Aires.
