The Biggest Loser Resort Opens Second Location In Malibu Hills

The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge announced today that a second location will be opening this fall. The new destination resort, located in Malibu, California, will become the latest addition to the list of The Biggest Loser health and fitness products that are dedicated to helping people adopt a healthy, "Biggest Loser" lifestyle. The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge already offers guests a comprehensive weight-loss experience at their Southern Utah location. The results-oriented program focuses on exercise, healthy nutrition and education, similar to what the contestants on NBC's hit weight loss series "The Biggest Loser" experience during their time on the Biggest Loser Ranch.

Aerobic activities will include step, toning and ball works, as well as dance and core strengthening classes.
