Telemundo to Unveil 'Urban Chic' Themed Official After LATIN BILLBOARDS Party

Telemundo unveiled plans for its exclusive official after-party for the 2015 Billboard Latin Music Awards presented by State Farm® to take place Thursday, April 30 at the Ice Palace Film Studios in Miami, immediately following the live telecast. The highly anticipated urban chic themed event will host nearly 1,200 guests, made up of winners, finalists and celebrities, who will enjoy an ultimate experience surrounded by exhilarating sound and cuisine, and toast music's brightest stars "A Lo Grande" style alongside the event's official spirit sponsor, Buchanan's® Blended Scotch Whisky.

Produced by Shiraz in conjunction with Telemundo Scenery, the party's ambience will incorporate colors and textures from the urban scene, coupled with modern designs in chic black, vibrant red, and sleek chrome. Guests will be immersed in an environment that is engaging and a landscape loaded with an edgy style that includes an impressive graffiti wall.

As guests enter, they will be welcomed by models dressed in faux leather form-fitting shorts. On their path inside, they will see hip-hop dancers dancing to the beat of the music and contorting on platforms, filling the environment with life and energy as guests make their way inside the venue. Once inside, guests will find a room complete with two photo booths that are customized interactive graffiti walls. Guests take their picture and are able to adorn the photo with any script or images they make with a spray can, for a unique street artwork creation.

From a high platform adorned with red graffiti art, DJ Chino, a talented rising producer and Pitbull's official DJ, will create a vibrant ambience with elevated beats. DJ Chino co-produced "Piensas," featuring Pitbull and Gente de Zona. The hit rose to number one and remained there for five weeks earlier this year. He brings his talent to the party including the main performance, which consists of a high-energy dance-off that will captivate party-goers with incredible routines choreographed by world-renowned Hip-Hop choreographer Ralph Cummings.

The urban chic motif also shapes the food menu, catered by Shiraz, focusing on hip urban fare, with emphasis placed on trending ingredients and cutting edge presentation. The food stations will feature exciting and engaging components as well as artful display. Model servers will pass savory hors d'oeuvres and specialty Buchanan's® Blended Scotch Whisky cocktails throughout the crowd, while thematically-designed food stations will tastefully integrate the event décor into the event.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards presented by State Farm will be produced and broadcast live on Telemundo Thursday, April 30, at 7pm/6c from BankUnited Center at the University of Miami in Florida. The Billboard Latin Music Awards presented by State Farm will be preceded by the red carpet special "La Alfombra de los Premios Billboard" featuring a constellation of music and TV stars, hosted this year by Telemundo personalities Rashel Diaz, Raul Gonzalez, and Boris Izaguirre, with Telemundo influencer Caeli, and fashion commentary by Guest "Fashionista" Christian Ramirez, and Special Guest Kika Rocha.
