Telemundo to Air Jose Diaz-Balart's Interview with President Obama Tomorrow
Telemundo's News Co-Anchor and Host, José Díaz-Balart, will interview President Barack Obama during his upcoming presidential visit to Nashville, Tennessee programed for Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Highlights of the interview will air on "Noticiero Telemundo" on Tuesday, December, 9 at 6:30 PM/5:30 C and will also be available on Telemundo.com, as well as on "Noticiero Telemundo's" Facebook page and the Twitter handle @TelemundoNews. "Enfoque con José Díaz-Balart" will air an extended version on Sunday, December 14 at a special time, 1 PM/12PM C.
The interview, which will focus on immigration and other subjects of interest to the Hispanic community, comes three weeks after the President's national address announcing an executive action that could grant deferred action status to millions of undocumented immigrants. Prior to the Telemundo interview, the President will visit Casa Azafran, a community center that houses several immigrant-related nonprofits in Nashville's most international and socially diverse district.
