THE BIG BANG THEORY is Week's Top Broadcast with L+7 in Viewers, Adults 18-49

THE BIG BANG THEORY was the number one broadcast in Live + 7-Day DVR lift in both viewers and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen live plus 7-day ratings for the week ending Feb. 22.

In viewers, THE BIG BANG THEORY added +5.95 million viewers (23.44m from 17.49m) a +34% gain from its live plus same day average.

Among adults 18-49, THE BIG BANG THEORY added +2.5 rating points (7.0 from 4.5), a jump of +56%.

Also finishing among the week's top 10 broadcast lifts was ELEMENTARY which added +4.09 million viewers (12.31m from 8.22m), a +50% increase in viewers and +1.1 rating points in adults 18-49 (2.6 from 1.5), a +73% lift.

Leonard and Sheldon are brilliant physicists - geniuses in the laboratory, but socially challenged everywhere else. Despite their on-again, off-again relationship in the past, Leonard and Penny have finally gotten engaged. Even Sheldon has found a female companion, entering into a "Relationship Agreement" with neurobiologist Amy Farrah Fowler. In their free time, Leonard and Sheldon enjoy fantasy role-playing games with their ever-expanding universe of friends, including fellow scientists Koothrappali, Wolowitz and Wolowitz's adorable microbiologist wife, Bernadette.
