D.W. Moffett, who plays John Kennish on ABC Family's award-winning drama "Switched at Birth," will participate in a live Twitter chat with fans during the show's East Coast broadcast of the summer finale tonight, Monday, August 19 from 8:00PM ET/5:00PM PT to 9:00PM ET/6:00PM PT.

Fans can tweet at his Twitter handle - @DWMoffett - and include the hashtag #SwitchedAtBirthChat in their tweets to ask questions. In tonight's summer finale of "Switched at Birth," John and Kathryn contemplate telling Toby their true feelings about his decision to marry. Daphne must own up to her mistakes while Bay works on a plan to continue her relationship with Ty while he is overseas. Meanwhile, Angelo finds himself in over his head.
