SUITS Jessica Pearson Spinoff Gets Title

USA Network has given a name to the upcoming Suits spinoff off starring Gina Torres, according to Deadline. The series will be called Pearson after the lead character, Jessica Pearson.
The spinoff is centered on powerhouse lawyer Jessica Pearson (Torres) as she adjusts to the dirty world of Chicago politics.
Also starring in the show are Simon Kassianides, Morgan Spector, Bethany Joy Lenz, Chantel Riley, Isabel Arraiza and Eli Goree
The spinoff was introduced in the Season 7 finale of Suits, which served as a backdoor pilot.
The show is created by UCP, Suits creator and executive producer Aaron Korsh and executive producer Daniel Arkin.
Doug Liman, David Bartis and Gene Klein of Hypnotic and Torres also executive produce. Arkin will showrun the series, which is set to premiere this year.
