Ryder Cup Captain Dave Stockton Set for FEHERTY on Golf Channel Tonight

1991 U.S. Ryder Cup captain, two-time Major Champion and renowned putting guru Dave Stockton invites David FEHERTY to his home in Redlands, Calif., for a wide-ranging interview on tonight's new episode of Fehertyairing at 9 p.m. ET on Golf Channel.

Shot at his home and the adjacent Redlands Country Club, Stockton - who compiled 10 PGA TOUR and 14 Champions Tour victories in addition to captaining the U.S. Ryder Cup team to victory in 1991 - is widely recognized as one of the top putting instructors in the game, having helped the likes of Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy, and Michelle Wie, among many others. Stockton discusses how he became one of the preeminent putting instructors in the game; his experiences as a Ryder Cup captain (Feherty was a member of the European Ryder Cup Team in 1991); opinions on the "Task Force" the PGA of America has put into place for selecting U.S. Ryder Cup captains; and why Larry Nelson still deserves a chance to captain the United States in the Ryder Cup.
