Rooftop Films Presents Taylor Schilling's FAMILY, Insane Clown Posse To Perform LIVE

Rooftop Films is excited to announce that the spectacular Insane Clown Posse will be performing LIVE immediately following our NY premiere screening of Laura Steinel's comedy, FAMILY. The screening will take place on Friday, June 29 in the outdoor courtyard at The Well in Bushwick, Brooklyn. In addition to the live performance, the evening will also include an introduction to the film by director Laura Steinel and star Taylor Schilling, as well as additional special guests.

FAMILY is the hilarious feature film debut by writer/director Laura Steinel. It tells the story of Kate Stone (Taylor Schilling, "Orange is the New Black"), a workaholic who hates kids and most social situations. When her estranged brother Joe tracks her down to watch her awkward and bullied twelve year old niece, Maddie, Kate thinks babysitting for the week can't get any worse -- until Maddie runs away to become a juggalo.

Feature pitch-perfect cameos by Kate McKinnon ("Saturday Night Live"), Bryan Tyree Henry ("Atlanta"), Matt Walsh ("Veep") as well as Insane Clown Posse themselves, FAMILY is a raucous comedy about family in all its forms. Following the film, Rooftop Films and Insane Clown Posse will attempt to recreate the magic of the film's finale and teach everyone in attendance what community is all about.
