On tomorrow's THE Dr. Oz SHOW, Wendy Williams opens up to Dr. Oz about her relationship with food, the diet her parents had her on in first grade, sneak eating and family life. Williams dishes it all with Dr. Oz, including what's hot or not in the latest health trends and her secret health condition. Check out a first look at her appearance below!

On her relationship with food as a child, Williams comments: "I remember being on my first diet in first grade. A little Tupperware container my mom and dad would send me to school with, a little box of raisins and tuna fish, eating albacore mixed with mustard, because it was less calories then than mayonnaise and nobody else in my family could really understand this, 'cause everybody else is normal and sexy, you know? And I often wonder, Dr. Oz, if my parents hadn't monitored my weight, would I have let it spin out of control or would I be okay? My relationship with food was that I was never allowed to have seconds, but I would always sneak in the refrigerator and eat seconds and underneath my bed, you know, I had my own bedroom, was littered with Twinkie wrappers and Jolly Rancher wrappers. And I would sneak eat, because I was denied food, not because I was hungry, but because my mom and dad did the best that they could in 1970 and '71 and '72. They didn't know any better."

On sneak eating, Williams shares: "It's not sneak eat, but there is something that I do that I know is a layover from when I was a kid and that is my favorite food is the food that I eat by myself. Now I'll tell you what I eat so it's not really sneaking, but I'd rather eat it myself. Whether it's drive-thru at Taco Bell, pick up one taco on my way to the grocery store. I love the grocery store. I would never have my groceries delivered. I would never have anybody grocery shop. Grocery shopping for me is an hour and a half and I'm the girl who takes the free cheese and I luxuriate over the chips and I open them up and I eat them. Yes, I love food. It's not a big deal, it might not be right for everybody, but I am perfect the way I am right now. I weigh 175 pounds. I am very accepting of my height and weight and where I am probably for the first time steadily in my life. I feel good."
