Photo Coverage: 66th ANNUAL GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS -The Winners
The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards took place Sunday, January 11 2009 at The Beverly Hilton with a live telecast that aired on NBC at 8 PM (EST) and produced by Dick Clark Productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. BroadwayWorld was there from the red carpet arrivals to the press room when the winning stars arrived!
It was a poor showing for stage to screen adaptations, with Doubt (5 nominations), Frost/Nixon (5 nominations) and Mamma Mia! (2 nominations ) leaving empty-handed. The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards" were seen in more than 150 countries worldwide and is one of the few awards ceremonies that span both television and motion picture achievements.
