According to Page Six of The New York Post, Season 10 of the Lifetime reality series PROJECT RUNWAY is not getting off to a good start. The Post reports that a psychologist was recently brought on to the set after one contestant had 'a meltdown' and left the show. Another quit the show on Friday.

According to sources, a male contestant, “had an episode as the show filmed at Parsons School for Design. A psychologist was brought in to talk to him, but he seemed too nervous and it was decided he should leave the show.”

Earlier that day, a female contestant suddenly vanished from the set. Said the source, “She just ran off in the middle of the night. The next morning she wasn’t in her bed, her suitcase was gone. Producers went to her home, and her doorman said she was upstairs but didn’t want to see anyone.”

That contestant fled from the Atlas building in Midtown West, which serves as the official accommodations for the show's contestants. The designer in question was reportedly “paranoid” after being named one of the episodes bottom three contestants.

“We lost two designers in one day," revealed the source. "This has never happened. They seem to be under a lot more pressure.” Project Runway judge Michael Kors dropped by the set last Friday to speak to the remaining contestants, “calm them down and give them a pep talk.” One added, “The show is in its 10th season and has been filming for a week, and there is a lot more tension and pressure on the designers.”

A representative from Lifetime has not responded to the story.
