(CEO: Akinori Fumihara; www.nana-music.com), a developer running the music SNS app nana, is proud to be a main sponsor for the Listen to the Music 'Song Around The World' video campaign from Playing For Change (www.playingforchange.com). nana will host an in-app event, Listen to the Music Collaboration Contest, on the nana platform for worldwide nana users from April 12 - May 13, 2018.

Music social app nana is a social community service where anyone can record and post, collaborate and share, whenever and wherever you are with your smartphone. Anyone can join the Listen to the Music Collaboration Contest! Collaborate with PFC's official instrumental tracks by singing along or with your instrumental performance. nana music will carefully select 20 posts from all submissions across the globe as finalists, and choose the Best Collaboration, with the prize of a PFC membership (1 year) as well as a PFC Shop e-Gift card, and Outstanding Collaboration with the prize of a PFC membership (3 months). nana music is a main sponsor for the Listen to the Music 'Song Around The World' video series, featuring famous musicians alongside street musicians, that launched in February 2018, and includes 12 music videos, which will be released one per month via Playing For Change's Youtube channel. All songs from the videos will be released as an audio-only album, Listen to the Music, on Friday, April 20, with Playing For Change's profits going to the Playing For Change Foundation (www.playingforchange.org), a separate non-profit organization that develops music programs for underprivileged children around the world. More than 200 musicians from 25 countries are featured in this campaign, including U.S. artists The Doobie Brothers, Ellis Hall, and James Gadson, as well as musicians from Japan, including Char. Playing For Change

Founded in 2002 as a shared vision by Mark Johnson and Whitney Kroenke, Playing For Change's mission is to connect and inspire the world through music. Through their innovative videos called "Songs Around The World," which combine musicians from across the globe collaborating on one song, their traveling band featuring 10 musicians from 10 countries, and the Playing For Change Foundation, the Playing For Change movement uses the power of music to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people.

Sharing the vision of connecting the world through music, nana music, Inc. began a partnership with both Playing For Change and the Playing For Change Foundation in March 2017. Through this partnership, nana has collaborated on events such as Playing For Change Day (www.pfcday.org), held each September in more than 50 countries all raising money for the Foundation, with this year's festivities being held on September 15, 2018.
