NBC is the #1 non-sports network of the night among the Big 4 in adults 18-49 and every other key demo (including a tie in men 25-54). THIS IS US (2.7/8 in 18-49, 10.5 million viewers overall from 9-10:01 p.m. ET)is the #1 entertainment show of the night in adults 18-49 and ranks #1 among non-sports Big 4 programs in the time period by a +125% margin in 18-49 (2.7 vs. 1.2 for CBS' "Bull"). On a night of high-rated competition from Game 1 of the World Series, is running within 0.1 of last week's 2.8 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings and within 0.2 of last week's 2.9 in official nationals. Is close to rounding up to a 2.8 (currently reporting a 2.74 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

In total viewers, with 10.474 million persons, is up versus last week's 10.455 million in fast-affiliate ratings and is retaining 98% of last week's 10.652 million in official nationals. Is up +13% versus the show's year-ago episode in 18-49 (2.7 vs. 2.4 on Oct. 25, 2016) and up +1.8 million persons or +21% in total viewers (10.474 million vs. 8.675 million). Will increase dramatically via time-shifting and VOD -- "This Is Us" is growing by +70% in 18-49 rating (from a 3.53 to a 6.00) and +6.5 million viewers overall (12.0 million to 18.5 million) going from L+SD to L+7. When projected non-linear viewing is included, the L+7 18-49 rating increases to a 7.53. Upscale: "Us" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 146 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes, to make it the #2 most upscale primetime series on the Big 4 networks and #1.drama.

"The Voice" (1.9/7 in 18-49, 9.5 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) is the #2 entertainment show of the night in 18-49, behind only "This Is Us." Ranks #1 in the slot among Big 4 non-sports programs in adults 18-49 by a +36% margins over "NCIS" (1.9 vs. 1.4). Takes the time period among non-sports shows on the Big 4 nets in every other key demographic (including a tie in men 25-54). In total viewers, is retaining 97% of last week's 9.804 million in fast-affiliate ratings and 95% of last week's 10.031 million in official nationals. Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - Tuesday's "Voice" has increased by +26% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 2.49 to a 3.13) and more than +2.2 million viewers overall (10.7 million to 12.9 million). With the addition of projected non-linear ratings, the L+7 figure grows to a 3.61. Upscale: Tuesday's "Voice" is delivering a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 109 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes.

"Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET): Despite competition last night from Game 1 of the Astros-Dodgers World Series, grows +10% week to week in both 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.0) and total viewers (4.807 million vs. 4.360 million), pending updates. Is currently equaling the show's highest 18-49 rating since its season premiere on Sept. 26 (1.6) and is currently at its top total-viewer result since Oct. 3 (4.821 million). Is currently tied for #1 non-sports in the slot among the ABC, CBS and NBC dramas in adults 18-49, pending updates, and is #1 outright among those shows in women 18-49 and adults 18-34. Is currently beating "Kevin (Probably) Saves the World" in the timeslot by an +83% margin in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 0.6). Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD - "Law & Order True Crime" is increasing by +63% in 18-49 rating this season going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 1.39 to a 2.26) and +2.6 million viewers overall (5.4 million to 8.0 million). With the addition of projected non-linear ratings, the L+7 figure grows to a 2.48.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 3.0/8; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/4.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.6/3; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.2/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.3/5. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
