"NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams" was the most-watched network evening newscast for the week ending June 28, 2013, and for the second quarter of 2013, according to Nielsen Media Research data. This marks Nightly's 23rd consecutive quarter at #1 in both total viewers and rating A25-54.

NOTE: For the week, Nightly is based on a four-day average (Mon excluded) due to coverage of the NHL Finals.

Weekly Highlights:

· Nightly delivered 7.469 million total viewers, +12% (+805,000) more than ABC World News' 6.664 million and +23% (+1,399,000) more than CBS Evening News' 6.070 million.
· Nightly averaged a 5.1/11 Household rating, ahead of ABC's 4.6/10 and CBS' 4.1/8.
· World News posted its lowest total viewer delivery since the week of Aug 23, 2010.
· Nightly delivered a 1.6 A25-54 rating, +1 tenth ahead of ABC's 1.5 rating and +3 tenths more than CBS's 1.3 rating.
· Among A25-54 (000), Nightly averaged 1.862 million viewers, +6% (+101,000) viewers ahead of World News' 1.761 million and +23% (+346,000) ahead of Evening News' 1.516 million.
