NBC UNIVERSO, the modern, general entertainment cable channel for Latinos, premieres the concert special, "Lo Mejor Desde Viña 2015, Volumen 2" this Sun., April 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, featuring highlights of the best performances shot directly from "Festival Internacional de Viña del Mar 2015," Latin America's largest and longest-running music festival.
