According to a report by Deadline.com, Kiefer Sutherland might be heading back to television for a Fox pilot enititled TOUCH. The pilot was penned by Heros creator Tim Kring, and will be co-produced by Chernin Entertainment.

As described by Deadline, the series is about "a father who discovers that his autistic, mute son can predict events before they happen." Charles McDougall is currently in talks to direct the project. If Sutherland becomes attached to the pilot, the project might have to be pushed back because of timing conflicts with THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON.

Kiefer Sutherland is currently starring on Broadway in THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON opposite Chris Noth and Brian Cox. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Jack Bauer on the Fox thriller drama series 24. He is an Emmy Award and Golden Globe award-winner.
