Coming to BBC AMERICA's daytime lineup in May, JAMIE'S 30-MINUTE MEALS is an energetic food series that sees Jamie Oliver giving solid instruction to the culinary uninspired. Jamie cooks up substantial mains, delicious sides and salads, gorgeous puddings and refreshing drinks - adding his own unique twist to each element. The series supports Jamie's continuing mission to improve people's lives through food by tackling the issues of kitchen confidence and lack of time, head on. The result is food programming that is as relevant and helpful as it is beautiful and seductive. Jamie's 30-Minute Meals premieres Tuesday, May 1, 1:00pm ET/PT. Twitter: #30MinMeals @JamieOliver

James May'S MAN LAB - US PREMIERE

James May thinks modern man needs saving. Thirty years ago men were a resourceful, practical and dependable band of brothers but today they are a pale imitation of the men of yesteryear. From his Man Lab HQ, James will lead a team of average blokes and celebrities on the path to enlightenment. In the premiere episode, a handcuffed James and Oz Clarke break out of Dartmoor prison in England and must navigate their way across the treacherous moors, with a team of trackers in hot pursuit and just an Ordnance Survey map and a compass to help them. James also builds a genuine slate-bed pool table, turns his hand to portrait painting, and squares up to one of the most terrifying scenarios the modern male can face - how to remember people's names at a party. James May's Man Lab premieres Monday, May 28, 10:00pm ET/PT. Twitter: #ManLab
