Iddo Goldberg to Join TNT's SNOWPIERCER Series

Iddo Goldberg has joined the cast of Snowpiercer as a series regular, According to Deadline. The show is an adaptation of Jacques Lob's graphic novel Le Transperceneige and the 2013 Snowpiercer movie.

Snowpiercer is set seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, It centers on the remnants of humanity, who inhabit a gigantic, perpetually-moving train that circles the globe. Class warfare, social injustice and the politics of survival will be questioned in the series.

Goldberg will play Bennett, one of the engineers who designed the train and also holds some of the hidden SECRETS of the train as well.

Goldberg's previous credits include WGN's Salem, Netflix Peaky Blinders, and Showtime's Secret Diary of a Call Girl.

The Snowpiercer series is also set to feature Daveed Diggs, Jennifer Connelly, Mickey Sumner, Susan Park, Benjamin Haigh, Sasha Frolova, Katie McGuinness, Alison Wright, and Annalise Basso.

Orphan Black co-creator, Graeme Mason, is set to be the showrunner for the series.

TNT has yet to release a time for Snowpiercer's premiere, but its expected in 2019 or 2020.
