HGTV Ranks as Top Cable Network for Weekend

HGTV was the most watched cable network on weekends among P25-54 and W25-54 in 1Q14, attracting an average of 14 million viewers every Saturday and Sunday between 7A-6P. The network also ranked as the #1 cable network on weekends among upscale P25-54 and W25-54.
Top-rated viewer favorites such as Flip or Flop, Hawaii Life, Beachfront Bargain Hunt, Rehab Addict, Property Brothers and Love It or List It contributed to the record ratings and helped HGTV deliver one of its best quarters ever.
"The weekend is prime viewing time for our target audience and viewers have spoken by tuning in by the millions during this important day part," said Allison Page, general manager, HGTV and DIY Network.
