Comedy Central Acquires THE OFFICE; Kicks Off Premiere with All-Day Marathon, 1/15

Five-time Emmy® Award-winning sitcom THE OFFICE clocks in for work at Comedy Central starting on January 15, 2018 with an all-day Office marathon. The #1 brand in comedy has acquired all nine seasons of the instant-classic comedy series that ran for nine seasons on NBC from 2005 to 2013. Select episodes will be available to stream on cc.com and the CC App.

The series presents a hilarious documentary-style look at the humorous, and sometimes poignant, foolishness that plagues the 9-to-5 world. Based on the award-winning BBC hit, The Office is a fly-on-the-wall "docu-reality" parody of modern American office life that delves into the lives of the workers at Dunder Mifflin, a paper supply company in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

The Office is executive-produced by Ben Silverman, Greg Daniels (who developed the series for American audience), Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Howard Klein, Paul Lieberstein, Brent Forrester and Dan Sterling.
