Bravo Media's favorite New York realtors of "Million Dollar Listing New York" and the "shady boots" ladies of "Married to Medicine" are back for brand-new seasons at the beginning of April.

"Million Dollar Listing New York" premieres on Wednesday, April 2 at 9p.m. ET/PT with superstar real-estate agents Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant returning for the biggest and most dramatic season yet. Season three has it all, from break-ups to break-downs, ego trips to cross-country trips, and sellers acting like babies to the agents possibly having babies. The real estate is more luxurious than ever, with forty million dollar penthouses and building developments exceeding the $180 million dollar mark. The commissions are huge, and so is the drama. As Fredrik settles into married life, he has baby on the brain and takes a new approach to life by becoming more Zen, but that might not be so easy in the cut-throat world of high-end real estate. Ryan's days of being single and lonely are a thing of the past as he welcomes a very special lady into his life, leaving him to balance his new relationship with his growing success. Luis is growing up both professionally and personally as he now works with Fredrik at Douglas Elliman and leaves the comfort of his shared apartment with his brother for a luxurious bachelor pad overlooking the city he hopes to dominate. Season two of "Million Dollar Listing New York" earned its highest-rated season averaging 1.4 million total viewers, up 23 percent from season one.

Season two of "Married to Medicine" premieres on Sunday, April 6 at 9p.m. ET/PT with more laughter, drama, and, of course, "shade." Returning this season are Toya Bush-Harris, Mariah Huq, Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Dr. Simone Whitmore, along with newcomers, entrepreneur Lisa Nicole Cloud and Dr. Heavenly Kimes. Mariah and Quad's once inseparable friendship is barely hanging onto life support. Mariah, the self-proclaimed "Queen Bee," has demanded credit for making Quad "relevant" in the exclusive circle of Atlanta medicine, while Quad feels Mariah has a bad case of jealousy. While Toya's search for her dream home continues, her friendship with long-time friend Simone comes to a surprising halt. As for the doctors, life isn't all roses. Dr. Simone realizes that her busy career and recent financial blunder has taken a toll on her marriage. Meanwhile, Dr. Jackie, a two-time Survivor of breast cancer, is ready to finally experience motherhood, either through adoption or by using a surrogate with her biggest obstacle being her husband. Add to the mix the larger-than-life Dr. Heavenly Kimes, who is both a dentist and married to a doctor, and Lisa Nicole, a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer, and the result is a recipe for sass, class, and one of the most explosive - and brutally honest - confrontations yet. Season one of "Married to Medicine" averaged over 1.1 million P18-49 and over 1.9 million total viewers, making it the network's highest-rated non-franchise/non-spinoff freshman series since "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" (summer 2003- spring 2004) among P18-49 and P25-54.

"Million Dollar Listing New York" is produced by World of Wonder for Bravo with Randy Barbato, Fenton Bailey, Tom Campbell, Megan Estrada and Danielle King serving as executive producers.

"Married to Medicine" is produced by Fremantle North America and developed by Purveyors of Pop with Matt Anderson and Nate Green serving as Executive Producers.
