Adam Lambert to Perform with Angie Miller on AMERICAN IDOL Finale

According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMERICAN IDOL execs have officially enlisted alum Adam Lambert to perform a duet with current contestant Angie Miller on the season 12 finale episode, airing May 16 on Fox. As of now, there's no word on what the duo might be singing.

As BroadwayWorld reported last week, Oscar-winner and season three finalist Jennifer Hudson has also been approached to appear next week alongside former judge Jennifer Lopez, The Band Perry, and Frankie Valli. As of now, Hudson is still not confirmed.

American Idol will crown its new champ - Angie Miller, Kree Harrison, or Candice Glover - over the course of a two-night finale, May 15 and 16 on Fox.
