ABC's is the Only Net Up Year to Year Against the World Series Game 1 with THE CONNERS at a 5-Year High in Its Slot

ABC Tuesday Prime Time (8:00-11:00 p.m. - 4.8 million and 1.0/4 in AD18-49):
Boosted by "The Conners" leading off its night, ABC's Tuesday prime time delivery grew year- to-year against the start of the WORLD SERIES by 11% in Adults 18-49 (1.0/4 vs. 0.9/3 on 10/24/17). In fact, ABC was the only network to improve year to year on the night, as CBS was down -17% and NBC was down -11%. Fox's WORLD SERIES Game 1 coverage was also down year to year in the Metered Markets.

"The Conners" (8:00-8:30 p.m. - 7.9 million and 1.7/7 in AD18-49):
Against the start of the WORLD SERIES on FOX at 8:00 p.m., ABC's "The Conners" dominated its non-sports competition in the half-hour, beating runner-up NBC's "The Voice" by 21% (1.7/7 vs. 1.4/6). In fact, "The Conners" was Tuesday's No. 2 TV series with young adults, trailing only NBC's top-rated "This Is Us." The ABC freshman comedy drew an average audience of 7.9 million viewers against the opening of the Fall Classic. In L+3, last week's debut climbed by +2.3 million viewers and +6-tenths in Adults 18-49 over L+SD.

"The Conners" continued to deliver impressive year-over-year time period improvement
for ABC, spiking over the year-ago night telecast of "The Middle" in the half-hour (5.8
million and 1.3/5 on 10/24/17) by 2.1 million viewers and by 31% in Adults 18-49. In fact with "The Conners" leading off the night, ABC scored its best delivery in the slot over the last 5 years that the WORLD SERIES has started on Tuesday night - since 2013.
"The Rookie" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 4.4 million and 0.8/4 in AD18-49): Building on its lead-in at 10:00 p.m. (+52%/+14%), ABC's "The Rookie" showed strong retention of its week-earlier series debut and ranked No. 2 against its drama competition in the hour among Adults 18-49, tying CBS' "NCIS: New Orleans" (0.8/4). In addition, "The Rookie" built over the year-ago night telecast of "Kevin (Probably) Saves the World" in the hour by 1.5
million viewers (4.4 million vs. 2.9 million) and by 14% in Adults 18-49 (0.8/4 vs. 0.7/3).

Live + 3 Day Results for the "Rookie" Debut: With a +3.1 million viewer jump from L+SD to L+3, "The Rookie" debuted with ABC's largest playback increase for a new drama in just over 1 year in Total Viewers - since "The Good Doctor" on 9/25/17. In addition, ABC's "The Rookie" delivered this season's 3 rd -biggest Total Viewer lift for any new series debut (comedy or drama), behind only NBC's "Manifest" and "New Amsterdam." Soaring to 8.6 million viewers and a 1.6/7 after 3 days of delayed viewing, "The Rookie" ranked as ABC's strongest drama debut in Tuesday's 10:00 p.m. hour in over 7-1/2 years with both Total
