ABC's THIS WEEK Ranks Number One in Adults 25-54

ABC News' "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" ranked No. 1 for the 3rd week in a row in Adults 25-54 (908,000) on September 13, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. Leading in the key adult news demo in 14 of the last 16 Sundays, "This Week" outperformed CBS' "Face the Nation" (677,000) by 231,000 and NBC's "Meet the Press" (814,000) by 94,000.

"This Week" turned in week-to-week increases (2.821 million and 873,000, respectively, for w/o 9/6/15) in both Total Viewers (+6%) and Adults 25-54 (+4%). "This Week" was up the most in Total Viewers compared to CBS' "Face the Nation" (+2%), NBC's "Meet the Press" (+3%) and Fox's "Fox News Sunday" (flat).

For the 4th consecutive week, "This Week" improved on the same Sunday last year (2.652 million and 877,000, respectively, on 9/14/14) in both Total Viewers (+13%) and Adults 25-54 (+4%). In fact, "This Week" has posted year-to-year growth in 8 of the last 9 weeks in both measures.

Season to date, "This Week" ranks as the No. 1 public affairs program in Adults 25-54 (878,000), taking the top spot for the first time at this point of the season in 21 years - since the 1993-94 season. "This Week" leads CBS' "Face the Nation" (853,000) by 25,000 and NBC's "Meet the Press" (813,000) by 65,000.

"This Week" is up in Adults 25-54 (+6% - 878,000 vs. 828,000) versus its year-ago season average. Growing its Adults 25-54 performance for the 3rd year in a row, "This Week" is delivering its strongest news demo performance in 6 years - since the 2008-09 season. In fact, "This Week" is up the most in Adults 25-54, compared to CBS' "Face the Nation" (-2%), NBC's "Meet the Press" (+3%) and Fox's "Fox News Sunday" (+1%).

In addition, "This Week" is outdelivering NBC's "Meet the Press" in Adults 25-54 (+65,000) for the 2nd-straight year, seeing its largest news demo lead in 22 years - since the 1992-93 season.
