Fox News Channel's annual FOX & Friends All-American Summer Concert Series kicked off this morning with American country singer Jerrod Niemann. The performance aired at 8AM/ET. The chart-topping country singer is known for hit songs including, "Drink to That All Night" and "Lover Lover."
