Last night John Rzeznik of GOO GOO DOLLS joined Taylor Swift on stage at Madison Square Garden to perform the Goos classic "Iris." Ms. Swift has been covering the song in her live shows and jumped at the chance to perform the song live with the song's author. Click here to view the performance.

Perez Hilton went so far as to proclaim: "Out of every cover Taylor Swift has done on this tour, we think this one just may be the best! She's not only covering Iris, she's playing it with the originals - the Goo Goo Dolls at Madison Square Garden!!!"

In other news Goo Goo Dolls have confirmed an appearance on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Dec 19th. The previously recoded segment will feature a brand new, as yet to be released song titled "All That You Are."   Be sure to tune into CBS stations at 12:35AM / 11:35PM CT. Check local listings for details.

John Rzeznik, bassist Robby Takac, and drummer Mike Malinin will perform their final show of 2011 this New Year's Eve in support of their current album, SOMETHING FOR THE REST OF US at Caesar's in Atlantic City, NJ. Please visit www.googoodolls.com/tour for more information.
