Balance and Composure Announce New Slow Heart 7' for Record Store Day

As an exclusive for Record Store Day, Balance and Composure are excited to release Slow Heart, their new two-track 7" featuring a pair of songs from the original Light We Made sessions - "Run From Me" and "Body Language." Tomorrow, the band heads out on their Australian tour before their massive round of U.S. headline shows in celebration of Light We Made, their third studio-album. The stint takes the guys across the states, beginning in Amityville, NY and wrapping in Pittsburgh, PA with special guests From Indian Lakes and Queen of Jeans.

Balance and Composure will also be playing an additional headline date at Jersey City, NJ's Monty Hall on 4/23. Night one of their Jersey City shows is now SOLD OUT.
