Al Horno Lean Mexican Kitchen (Multiple Locations in Manhattan) This casual and fast-growing food chain is dedicated to serving delicious Mexican food with a healthy twist. The brioche bun gets a wagyu beef patty, house made sweet corn esquites (smoky, fresh corn-off-the-cob dressed with creamy, cheesy, lime-scented, chili-flecked sauce), queso fresco, chorizo and jalapeno.
