Funny people are invading Ann Arbor's The Yellow Barn. Emergent Arts' Sunday night UNclub comedy show has become an incubator for rising young comics and a magnet for working professionals who come to hone their craft. Catch the best of both worlds at The All Stars of The UNclub Show on November 15. Showtime at 7:00 pm at The Yellow Barn, 416 W. Huron, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. All seats $10, available at www.emergentarts.com.

Veteran headliner Mark Sweetman hosts an evening of professional comedy with Jeff Horste, Chillian Thomas, Esther Nevarez, Kent Tucker, and guests that will definitely give you something to laugh about at the water cooler on Monday. The best $10 you'll spend all week.

Mark Sweetman has performed in L.A., New York, Detroit and Las Vegas, and colleges across the country. He has been on A&E's "An Evening at The Improv", "Comedy on the Road" (for which he received an Ace Award), and FOX's "Comic Strip Live" and "Comedy Express".

Jeff Horste has appeared on the Fox TV show "Laughs", and in the top comedy clubs in the country. He was a hit at Gilda's Laughfest, and a semi-finalist in the prestigious MidwestFest and the Indiana Comedy Festival. Jeff has shared the stage with top comics John Heffron, Mike Epps, Lynne Koplitz, and Michael Ian Black.

Esther Nevarez performs at comedy clubs across the USA, and festivals including the NYC Laughing Devil Comedy Festival. She's a member of the Detroit branch of the hilarious Laugh Riot Dolls.

Past winner of the Michigan Comic Showdown, Kent Tucker has performed at Laugh Fest and The World Series of Comedy, and was just selected for the Crossroads Comedy Festival in Indianapolis. Blending offbeat one-liners and genre-bending social commentary, Kent's deviant flair will bring out the little devil in you.

Fresh from his headlining debut at Joey's Comedy Shop, Chillian Thomas has been engaging audiences for years with his honest, straight forward sense of humor. With a strong background in theatre and improv, he uses both skills to drive his humor home.
