Zeju Zheng is a New York City–based jazz guitarist and composer whose music blends lyrical composition with open-ended improvisation. His upcoming album, A Mind in Motion, will be released by Shifting Paradigm Records in September 2026. Inspired by his experience of building a life in New York, the music explores movement, uncertainty, introspection, and hope. The performance will feature Zheng’s original compositions from the album alongside newer works, creating a contemporary jazz program centered on interaction, storytelling, and improvisation.
