Hello. I came across this video interview thru his website: www.nickadams.biz. Nick was his usual charming self. from RC in Austin, Texas Nick Adams Interview
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)
It's entirely possible that they weren't able to get permission to use footage from the current stage version. from RC in Austin, Texas

I don't know what this metrovelvet is about, because it looks irritating as all hell, but I must say I agree Nick came across very charming and personable in the interview.
On a sidenote, leaving the Chorus Line matinee this past Wed, I heard people talking about a movie, and I was stunned to hear they were saying the movie was better than the actual show, in particular the dancing. I almost died.
